CARE Dental at St. Mary Medical Center is seeking an experienced Staff Dentist (DDS/DMD) to join our mission-driven team providing compassionate, high-quality care to underserved patients, including individuals living with HIV/AIDS.

This is an opportunity to practice meaningful dentistry in a collaborative, integrated medical setting without the pressure of production quotas.

Full-Time or Part-Time Flexibility
Predictable Monday Friday Schedule (8:30 AM 5:00 PM)
No Nights
• No Weekends
• No On-Call
Competitive 1099 Compensation (Daily or Hourly Rate)
Collaborative Medical, Dental & Behavioral Health Team
Focus on Patient Care Not Production Metrics

• Comprehensive general dentistry

• Surgical and routine extractions

• Restorative and preventive care

• Periodontal treatment and prosthodontics

• Diagnose and manage oral manifestations of HIV/AIDS

• Develop integrated treatment plans alongside physicians and specialists

• Deliver compassionate, trauma-informed care to a diverse patient population

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

• Active California Dental License

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience

• Strong surgical extraction experience preferred

• DEA, NPI & CPR Certification

• Professional liability insurance

• Willing to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor
