Responsibilities:- Present and explain treatment plans to patients in a clear, understandable manner
- Coordinate scheduling of dental procedures and follow-up appointments
- Discuss financial options, payment plans, and dental insurance benefits with patients
- Verify dental insurance eligibility and process claims accurately
- Serve as the primary point of contact between patients and the clinical team
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation in dental practice management software
- Follow up with patients on pending treatment plans to improve case acceptance rates
- Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare coordination role preferred
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and treatment planning
- Experience with dental insurance verification and billing
- Proficiency in dental practice management software (Open Dental)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient relations skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Bilingual skills a plus
