Captain - Tenant Improvement

This is a full-time on-site role for a Job Captain - Tenant Improvement  Job Captain will be responsible for executing design solutions, preparing project documentation, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and managing projects. The Job Captain will also collaborate with our internal design team and developing design details.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture
• 5+ years experience in commercial office / medical / healthcare office improvements
• Knowledge of Building & Fire codes and Accessibility
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and clients
• Surveying existing buildings and tenant spaces
• Experience in developing Construction Documents and Details
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• City Plan Check processing experience, D SA submittal experience a plus!
