Pay Range:$52 - $55 Per Hour

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interaction Designer with a focus on voice and digital assistant products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating conversational flows and working collaboratively with software engineers to deliver end-to-end user experiences. This role involves deep involvement in user research, usability testing, and iterating on design solutions to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Overall the role requires a blend of experience in designing user interfaces for conversational and interactive systems, prototyping, and managing product development.

• Design intuitive voice and chat UI for conversational agents.
• Conduct and analyze usability evaluations to guide design decisions.
• Collaborate with software engineers and development teams to implement design solutions.
• Utilize Figma or similar tools for sketching, mocking up, and prototyping designs.
• Maintain high standards of communication, ensuring clear understanding among team members.

• Proficiency in interaction design for voice or chat interfaces.
• Expertise in user research and usability testing.
• Strong abilities in prototyping and technical communication.

Industry Experience

Required:

Prior experience in consumer product design, especially in designing for digital and intelligent voice assistants, is highly desired.
