Description:
Opportunity for Coverage Needs for a Neonatologist in the Long Beach CA area Level IV Provider Inhouse shift coverage. Shifts outlined below:
Weekday Shifts
M-F 8am
-4pm day shift
M-F 3pm - 9am night shift
M-F 24 hour shift combining the two above Weekend
Shifts:
Friday at 3pm - Saturday 9amSat 9am - Sun 9amSun 9am - Monday 9amRate structure:
Orientation Hours 50 of standard rate OT over 40 hours/week Extra-Time standard rate. Holidays 1.25x Conversion rates 25K MD/DO max conversion fee to be billed but will be discounted based on hours worked see Rules of Engagement for breakdown 1099 Pay Rate:
