We are seeking an experienced Podiatrist to join our team in Chicago, IL, providing care to Skilled Nursing residents.
Responsibilities- Examine patients’ legs and feet to diagnose diseases or care needs.
- Treat bone, muscle, and joint disorders of the feet and ankles.
- Perform wound care management.
- Diagnose foot and ankle conditions using medical histories, exams, x-rays, and lab tests.
- Prescribe medications, devices, therapy, or surgery as needed.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care.
- Offer health promotion and preventive medication guidance.
- Maintain accurate medical records and updates.
Compensation is based on a percentage of revenue, with earning potential increasing with caseload. The position offers flexible scheduling and is available full-time or part-time, with work involving on-the-road visits.
