Position Summary:
As Lead Expanded Learning Program Leader you will be supervising a group of 15-20 youth between grades TK through 8th, assisting in the coordination and implementation of the day-to-day operations of the before and after school academic enrichment program. Daily program components include homework assistance, academic tutoring, mentoring, healthy lifestyles education, and other academic enrichment curricula and activities. You will be responsible for writing lesson plans for all components and complying with administrative expectations.
Serve as a role model, coach, and mentor for youth in program. The Lead Program Leader is responsible for directly supervising students, supporting staff, and serving as the primary point of contact in the absence of the Site Manager. This role upholds professionalism, ensures program safety and compliance, and cultivates a positive, engaging environment for all participants.

Qualifications:Environmental Factors:
Indoor and outdoor facilities (e.g. childcare and recreational sites); exposure to heat, cold, potentially hazardous chemicals, toxic materials; work on slippery or uneven surfaces. Noise level is usually moderate.

Pay Range:$18.00 - $20.00

M-F, 12:30PM - 6:30PM
