Job description:
Cal Heights Music is a vibrant, busy, and welcoming community music school serving students of all ages — from babies and toddlers to teens and adults. We offer both private lessons and engaging group music classes in a fun and supportive environment.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic voice, piano, guitar, and ukulele teachers to join our team.
Teachers may focus on private lessons, group classes, or a mix of both, depending on their interests and strengths. We love helping our teachers build a schedule that fits their teaching style.

Responsibilities
- Teach weekly private music lessons and/or group classes
- Work with students of various ages and skill levels
- Create engaging and supportive learning environments
- Help students develop strong musical foundations
- Communicate with families and maintain a positive studio atmosphere
Qualifications
- Proficiency in voice, piano, guitar, or ukulele
- Teaching experience preferred (private lessons or classroom)
- Comfortable working with children, teens, and adults
- Reliable, organized, and professional
- Friendly and encouraging teaching style
Ideal Candidates
- Music degree or currently studying music (preferred but not required)
- Experience teaching beginners and young students
- Interest in teaching both private and small group classes
