St. Maria Goretti Catholic School is seeking a dynamic and faith-filled Middle School Math & Science Teacher for grades 6–8 for the 2026–2027 school year.

At SMG, we are committed to providing a strong academic program rooted in Catholic values. Our Math and Science program emphasizes critical thinking, problem-solving, and real-world application, while fostering curiosity and confidence in our students.

This role emphasizes:

• Conceptual understanding in mathematics and scientific reasoning
• Hands-on, inquiry-based learning experiences
• Developing students’ ability to think critically and solve problems
• Integrating faith and learning through a Catholic worldview

Students are encouraged to actively engage in learning through exploration, collaboration, and application. Our goal is to form students who are not only academically prepared but also thoughtful, faith-filled individuals ready to serve others.

• Bachelor’s degree required (Math, Science, or related field preferred)
• Teaching credential (or working toward one) preferred
• Minimum of 2–3 years teaching experience preferred
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Experience with middle school learners and differentiated instruction
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to Catholic education and willingness to support school faith life
