On Monday you’re at a Mercedes‑Benz Learning & Performance Center guiding a cohort through advanced diagnostics with high‑definition AV and live shop exercises. Midweek, you’re partnering with Mercedes‑Benz personnel at another OEM site, refining content from the latest service manuals. Your toolbox looks different—lesson plans, multimedia, and lab setups—but your impact grows every day.
What you’ll do Inspire and educate:
Build an inclusive, engaging classroom and lab where technicians thrive and deepen their passion for the Mercedes‑Benz brand.
Lead hands‑on training:
Demonstrate real‑world diagnosis, maintenance, and repair; deliver prepared curriculum with multimedia; clearly organize and pace objectives to keep classroom and lab aligned.
Develop curriculum:
Translate OEM products and service information into classroom‑ready lessons—create lesson plans, visuals, assessments, practical applications, and demonstrations.
Mentor:
Coach individuals on projects, encouraging critical thinking and innovative problem‑solving.
Champion safety:
Set and uphold safety best practices that meet or exceed OEM expectations and brand standards.
Collaborate with the OEM:
Work closely with Mercedes‑Benz on curriculum updates and participate in periodic Train‑the‑Trainer events.
Administrative:
Adhere to the OEM Corporate Travel Policy and complete related duties as assigned.
What you bring
Education:
High school diploma or GED (Required)
Experience:

Clear, confident facilitation with strong interpersonal skills for engaging students and colleagues.
Organization:
Planning, prioritization, and time management with the ability to adapt in a changing environment and meet deadlines.
Technology:
Proficiency with MS Office.
Teaching mindset:
Patience, empathy, and a motivational approach that respects different learning speeds.
Professionalism:
Sound judgment, problem‑solving, decision‑making, and flexibility to support adaptable schedules.
What we offer $90K to $94K per year (based upon experience)
Weekends OFFPaid Training Tuition Waiver:
Tuition waiver after 6 months of employment for you AND your immediate family at UTI and Concorde campuses
