Your core responsibilities
Create an engaging, inclusive learning space that builds technical skill and confidence.
Demonstrate and supervise practical maintenance tasksfrom inspection to repair with a relentless focus on safety.
Partner with peers to develop and refine curriculum aligned to current industry trends.
Mentor students on projects, encouraging critical thinking and innovative solutions.
What it takes
High school diploma or GED.Minimum 3 years of hands-on, practical industry experience (excludes teaching).FAA A&P license strongly valued; if not current, we will pay for you to obtain it.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient, empathetic approach that meets learners where they are.
Compensation and perks $38.00 - $41.00 per hour Weekends offPaid training to help you transition into teaching
Tuition waiver after 6 months for you and your immediate family at UTI and Concorde campuses
Paid time off:
Vacation, Sick, Flexible, Holiday Retirement matching: 50% match on the first 6% after 90 days
Paid parental leave: 4 weeks for birthing and non-birthing parents
