Salary Range:
The Assistant Professor (Academic Year) classification salary is $6,221 to $13,224/per month (12 monthly payments per academic year). The anticipated hiring range is $10,916 to $11,750/per month. Salary offered is commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Required Qualifications- Ph.D. in a relevant area of business from a business school with AACSB international accreditation is required. Degree at time of application or official notification of completion of the doctoral degree by August 1, 2027. Candidates with a Ph.D. in an appropriate field of Engineering or Science are also encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrate potential for effective teaching at both undergraduate and graduate levels in areas such as artificial intelligence, business analytics, and cybersecurity, though candidates with other relevant teaching abilities will also be considered.
- Demonstrated potential for research, scholarly and creative activities leading to publication and curriculum development.
- Demonstrated commitment to working successfully with a diverse student population, including low socioeconomic and first-generation students.

Preferred Qualifications- Experience in teaching artificial intelligence, business analytics, and cybersecurity. Information System-related teaching expertise will be considered.
- Strong research pipelines and have published research in journals of high and recognized quality in the Information System field
- Experience successfully working with diverse student populations, including those from a range of demographic and socioeconomic backgrounds
- Experience mentoring or supporting students using inclusive and culturally relevant teaching strategies in a diverse classroom.
- Teach undergraduate and graduate level courses. [Mode of instruction may include in-person, hybrid, online, and/or any combination thereof.]
- Engage in research, scholarly and creative activities leading to presentations and publications.
Participate in service to the department, college, university, and the community.
