ABOUT THE POSITION

Under general direction of the Dean of Student Equity, the Director of High School Outreach and Educational Partnerships plans, develops, organizes, coordinates, reviews, and evaluates operations and activities related to Matriculation and Early College Initiatives, including High School Matriculation, the Welcome Center,College and Career Access Pathway (CCAP), Early College at Browning, individual dual enrollment, and High School Articulation. This position may also supervise additional areas as assigned.

CHARACTERISTICS

Under general direction of the Dean of Student Equity, the Director of High School Outreach and Educational Partnerships plans, develops, organizes, coordinates, reviews, and evaluates operations and activities related to Matriculation and Early College Initiatives, including High School Matriculation, the Welcome Center, CCAP, Early College at Browning, individual dual enrollment, and High School Articulation. This position may also supervise additional areas as assigned.

The Director will be managing day-to-day activities, researching best practices and regulations, training, budgeting, collaborating with faculty and staff, and supervision of staff and faculty connected to high school outreach and early college initiatives. This role collaborates closely with key campus stakeholders, including the faculty, counselors, coordinators, staff, and managers (e.g., Director of First Year Experience, Director of College Promise).
