Job Summary

This Associate Director of Academic Support Programs and Scholarships is responsible for overseeing support programs in the College of Engineering and for the assessment of such programs and all other student success initiatives. The job duties include managing the college's scholarship assignment process and serving as the college liaison to the University scholarship office, overseeing student support programs such as engineering tutoring, assessing and reporting on student success initiatives, and evaluating trends and practices to improve student success and timely graduation.

The incumbent will also provide support to the engineering faculty and to the Dean's office on the assessment of academic programs for accreditation and will assist in the assessment and preparation of reports to funding agencies. This position reports directly to the Associate Dean of Academic Programs.

Compensation

Salary placement is determined by the education, experience, and qualifications the candidate brings to the position, internal equity, and the hiring department’s fiscal resources.

  • Hiring Range:
    The hiring range for this position is $6,320 - $6,750 per month commensurate with candidate's education, experience, skills, and training.
  • CSU Classification Salary Range:
    The CSU Classification Salary Range for this position is $6,320 - $9,014 per month.
