Lead immersive labs where students practice real diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on airframe & powerplant and refine curriculum to stay current with industry advances.
Offer one-on-one mentorship that builds critical thinking and problem-solving.
Model uncompromising safety standards and best practices.
What you need to succeed
High school diploma or GED.At least 3 years of practical work experience in the field (teaching not included).FAA A&P license preferred; if not current, we will pay for you to obtain it.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience and empathy for learners moving at different speeds.
Rewards that support you $38.00 - $41.00 per hour Weekends offPaid training
Tuition waiver after 6 months for you and your immediate family, offered at UTI and Concorde campuses
