BIM Operator II

Reports To: BIM Manager

Location: San Jose, California | Remote

Salary Range: $39.00/hour to $51.00/hour

• Develop comprehensive 3D models from redlines and construction documents.
• Creates and maintains 2D installation drawings from 3D models.
• Performs model population including conduits, trays, equipment, fixtures, and supports.
• Manages documentation through printing, review, and publishing processes.
• Maintains project setup and folder structures per CEI standards.
• Executes quality control on models and drawings.
• Uses BIM 360 interface for file management and issue tracking.
• Performs clash detection and coordination reviews.
• Communicates within the team regarding deliverables and technical needs.

• High School Diploma or GED required; college education in a related field preferred.
• Licensing or certification is not required.
• 2+ years of experience in the electrical construction industry with progressive BIM experience.
• Remote work; reports to team as needed.
