Project Manager - Turnaround

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead assigned turnaround events (include maintenance and capital projects) and manage all phases through scoping, execution, and close‑out.
• Develop technical funding documents, scope, budget, schedule, and execution strategy for assigned turnaround events.
• Manage communications regarding schedule, budget, and progress updates with key stakeholders.
• Have basic understanding of operating plant and experience in an industrial environment.
• Understand and apply quality standards as outlined by Air Products and Chemicals, Inc.
• Drive key Air Products Safety programs and establish a Safety‑first culture.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and planning abilities.
• Manufacturing plant operations, maintenance, and capital projects experience.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in maintenance and/or engineering disciplines.
• Professional Engineer preferred.
• Ability to travel 30%‑40% of the time depending on assigned workload.
• Obtain TWIC, passport, and pass refinery background checks.

• Proficient in the use of computers and business software, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, One Note, Outlook), SAP, Primavera P6.
• 10+ years of experience in maintenance and/or engineering disciplines, preferably with experience in industrial outages, exchangers, pumps, hydrotesting, and pipe fabrication.
• Technical, Engineering, or Construction Management degree a plus, but not required.
• PMP Certification a plus, but not required.
