Senior Electrical Engineer
Our client is a nationally recognized engineering firm delivering innovative and sustainable design solutions across healthcare, higher education, commercial, industrial, and public‑sector markets. With a strong West Coast presence, they are known for technical excellence and collaborative project delivery.
Position OverviewOur client is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with healthcare building design experience to lead medium to large‑scale projects from concept through construction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead healthcare electrical design projects
- Develop single‑line diagrams, load schedules, and lighting systems
- Design normal, emergency, and renewable power systems
- Perform energy calculations and power system studies (Arc Flash, Short Circuit, Coordination)
- Review as‑builts, conduct site visits, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Mentor junior engineers and manage project budgets
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 7+ years of healthcare or commercial electrical design experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC and healthcare codes
- AutoCAD required;
Revit preferred - PE license preferred
- HCAI/OSHPD and Net Zero experience a plus
