Senior Technical Program Liaison; Aerospace & Defense

You’ll step into a high-accountability trade compliance role where precision, regulatory expertise, and sound judgment directly protect international trade operations and mission-critical aerospace programs. This is a senior-level position with authority to evaluate, approve, and, when necessary, halt export and import transactions that do not meet U.S. regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance integrity while enabling business growth.

• International Program Exposure: Serve as the primary technical connection between U.S. and China operations, providing valuable exposure to international engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain activities.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, production control, customer service, and other departments to drive programs forward.
• High-Impact Engineering Work: Support engineering design, manufacturing improvements, qualification testing, product upgrades, production transfers, and supply localization initiatives.
• Customer-Facing Responsibility: Participate in customer meetings, workshops, technical discussions, proposals, and program activities while helping maintain strong customer relationships.
• Complex Aerospace Environment: Work with technical requirements, drawings, specifications, BOMs, qualification requirements, and other documentation supporting complex aerospace programs.
• Continuous Improvement Focus: Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce costs, resolve production constraints, and improve overall engineering and manufacturing workflows.
