Supervise event conversions to accommodate sports, entertainment, and concerts; ensure safety, thoroughness, and timely completion;
Assist with overnight conversion tasks to set flooring, risers, and portable seating for talent/events;
Participate in day-to-day facility operations and collaborate with other departments on projects;
Lead a small team of part-time employees through the conversion process;
