Insomniac is seeking a Ground Control and Headliner Experience Team Member to deliver an exceptional experience to headliners at live events. This role reports to Ground Control and Headliner Experience Managers and requires vigilance, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset.
You will welcome attendees, operate radios, answer requests, assist distressed individuals, and ensure safe evacuations when needed. Full-time availability includes evenings, weekends, and travel across events.
