Salary: $90,000.00 Annually
POSITION SUMMARYReporting to the Treasury Manager, the Treasury Analyst / Senior Treasury Analyst will be responsible for managing key treasury functions including daily cash management, daily cash reporting, banking operations and bank account management, financial analysis, and Treasury projects to support the company’s financial operations and strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES-DUTIES- Cash Positioning:
Monitor and manage daily cash balances across accounts to meet operational needs and strategic initiatives - Cash Accounting:
Manage daily cash accounting process and work with offshore Treasury team to ensure all cash transactions are recorded properly and promptly in ERP system (Net Suite) - Cash Reporting and Analysis:
Lead daily cash reporting process and work with offshore Treasury team to ensure accurate and prompt reporting and perform ad‑hoc cash-related analysis as needed - Banking Operations:
Manage bank accounts and banking operations, support bank portal administration, investigate and resolve any banking issues, and improve banking operations as needed - Manage letters of credit
- Support corporate insurance renewals
- Bank Account Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong, professional relationships with banking partners to improve banking operations and ensure optimal terms and service for the organization’s business and treasury needs - Treasury Projects:
Support and execute projects including integrating acquisitions, supporting new company initiatives, implementing new systems, improving and automating Treasury processes.
- Bachelor's degree from accredited university in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Three to five years in Treasury or Finance with a strong understanding of cash management, banking operations, and financial analysis and reporting.
- Excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and processes (Net Suite preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is beneficial but not required
