Job Summary
Bank of America seeks a client engagement associate to operate in the bank’s lobby, educate customers on self‑service banking solutions (mobile, online, ATM), and efficiently process cash transactions. The role involves building relationships, managing daily operations, and supporting the client experience in a financial center environment.
Key Responsibilities- Execute the bank’s risk culture and pursue operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines to act in the client’s and bank’s best interests, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience.
- Manage cash responsibilities.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results.
- Effective collaborator who builds and nurtures strong relationships.
- Eager to deliver an experience that improves clients’ financial lives.
- Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.

- Ability to follow established processes and guidelines, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Efficiently manage time and capacity while focusing on results.
- Must be able to work weekends or extended hours and be scheduled at as many financial center locations within a reasonable commuting distance.
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of products and solutions.
- One year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree (business management, administration, or finance).

Pay range: $25.00 – $26.77 per hour, based on experience, education, and skill set.
Base salary only; no incentive eligibility.
