Overview
The role entails providing comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions to clients, helping them achieve personal financial goals through investment planning, brokerage product recommendations, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities- Triage client leads, determine appropriate service level, and make referrals to internal partners based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals, build long‑term financial plans, and recommend brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions.
- Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client financial objectives.
- Control risk through daily activities and incorporate regulatory due diligence into long‑term client strategies.
- Identify and engage potential new clients via referrals or financial center clientele.
- Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and product recommendations.
- Current Series 7 & 66 licenses (or Series 63/65 in lieu of 66, with requirement to pass missing series within 60 days).
- Minimum one year of experience in the investments industry, including sales performance and meeting or exceeding goals.
- At least one year of experience in the financial services or sales environment, with proven goal achievement.
- Demonstrated ability to set and achieve goals, build relationships, collaborate, communicate effectively, manage priorities, and adapt to new information.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and comfortable applying them to daily activities.
- Three or more years of experience in the financial services or sales environment with proven performance.
- Additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
- Relevant insurance licenses.

Monday‑Friday with open availability required, including occasional Saturdays.
Minimum EducationHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent secondary education.
LocationOpen to all market locations; specific financial center assigned after training and based on business needs.
Hours40 hours per week; 1st shift (United States).
PayAnnualized salary range: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00, with potential for incentive based on performance.
