Overview:We're looking for a dynamic Senior Relationship Manager to lead the charge in building and growing high-value client relationships in the vibrant Long Beach market. What You’ll Be Doing:Serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of commercial clients, delivering tailored banking solutions that meet complex financial needs.
Source, develop, and grow new relationships through community involvement, networking, and referrals.
Collaborate with internal credit, treasury, and product teams to deliver customized, client-first strategies.
Analyze financial statements and credit needs, structure appropriate credit facilities, and oversee the underwriting process.
Maintain a pulse on market trends, industry shifts, and competitive intelligence to proactively position our solutions.
Ensure compliance while maintaining a client-centric, results-driven approach.
What You Bring:7+ years of commercial banking or relationship management experience (middle market or business banking preferred).
Proven success managing a $50MM+ loan/deposit portfolio.
Deep credit acumen and the ability to structure and negotiate complex credit facilities.
A natural connector with a consultative approach and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Strong knowledge of the Long Beach/Southern California market and business community.
