Sport Clips Haircuts of Long Beach is searching for an Licensed Salon Manager (Assistant Manager). Our salon is looking for a talented store assistant manager who is passionate about cutting hair and making clients look great! Our team is dedicated to exceptional customer service, building a large client base, and welcoming individuals who share these goals. At Sport Clips, we provide ongoing training to keep hair stylists and barbers updated on the latest haircut trends.

Our salon managers typically average at least $28–$30 per hour, including base pay, tips, and incentives. Store Assistant Managers are also eligible for generous bi‑weekly bonuses.

• A valid CA cosmetology or barber license
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Management experience helpful but not required
