Welbe Health provides life‑extending health care to our most vulnerable seniors. Through our innovative PACE model of care, we serve as both the health plan and the provider, helping participants live safely in their homes rather than moving into skilled nursing facilities.
The Outreach Specialist plays a critical role on our Marketing, Outreach & Enrollment (MOE) team. This role is the driver of enrollment success—building relationships in the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the PACE program.

- Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in communities.
- Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations to generate qualified leads that can lead to enrollments.
- Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners including senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, churches, and other community‑based organizations.
- Develop and implement monthly marketing plans to achieve enrollment metric goals with the MOE Director.
- Provide education regarding Welbe Health’s services to community referral sources.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health‑care administration (preferred).
- DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a sales and marketing role, with at least one year in a health‑care or senior‑care setting (outside sales experience preferred).
- Technology experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Athena, etc.
Salary base of $75,000 per year plus uncapped commission. Compensation will be adjusted based on experience and qualifications.
