RN Clinical Nurse Specialist – Neonatal ICU – St Mary Medical Center
Join the team at St Mary Medical Center and make a difference in the life‑saving care of newborns.
Shift & Pay- Shift: Day (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
- Pay Range: $48.96 – $74.06 per hour
- Location:
Long Beach, CA 90813
- Asses patient needs and plan, execute, and evaluate nursing care for NICU patients and families.
- Provide direct, expert patient care and clinical staff development.
- Serve as a consultant and researcher to advance quality nursing practice.
- Align all duties with the vision and values of Common Spirit and Dignity Health.
- Two (2) years of successful experience in neonatal intensive care nursing.
- Master’s Degree:
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN). - Current RN license in the State of California.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
