Job SummaryWe are seeking an energetic and motivated Front of House Leader/Supervisor to join our dynamic hospitality team! In this pivotal role, you will support daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth shift management, and efficient team coordination. Duties- Support and coordinate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer service in a quick service or casual dining environment
- Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring quality standards and food safety compliance are maintained at all times
- Manage POS systems such as Square POS
- Support staff training sessions on customer service, and POS operation to foster continuous improvement
- Monitor inventory control, including stock levels
- Assist with management by delegating tasks, resolving customer concerns promptly, and ensuring operational efficiency
- Support kitchen management by coordinating between front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless food production and delivery
- Proven supervising or management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols
- Experience with POS systems such as Square POS & Open Table
- Background in hospitality management, including staff training, team management, and shift supervision
- Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting, and food industry standards
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Prior casual dining or fine dining experience is highly desirable; banquet or catering experience is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on supporting management, staff motivation, and operational excellence
