FAIRMONT Long Beach is seeking a professional culinary team member to contribute across garde manger, hot kitchen, banquet events and general station work. You will maintain mise en place, follow recipes, and ensure food safety and quality standards in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.
Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, coordinating with Sous Chef and Front of House, and assisting in banquet plating while upholding high customer service and teamwork under pressure.
