Job Description

Infosys is seeking a Genesys Cloud Architect. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty;

• Design and develop on Genesys Cloud CX components and Architect Call Flows.
• Configure and implement Genesys Cloud CX administration, including contact center, telephony, integrations, routing, people, and permissions, outbound, etc.
• Develop Architect Call flows from scratch for routing/agent & queue selection; hands-on experience with Cloud APIs and on-prem APIs integration.
• Develop JavaScript/Node.js, REST and SOAP APIs and Genesys Cloud APIs; build and integrate AI bots into the routing framework.
• Create workspace dashboards for monitoring queue activity, agent performance, and interactions.
• Install and configure APIs through Genesys App Foundry; troubleshoot various Genesys configuration and routing issues.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure successful implementation, transition, and warranty support.

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Long Beach, CA or willing to relocate; travel to project locations may be required.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be substituted for each year of education.
• 7+ years of experience designing and developing on Genesys Cloud CX components and Architect Call Flows.
• 7+ years of experience in Genesys Cloud CX administration, configuration, and implementation.
• Experience developing Architect Call flows from scratch for routing/agent and queue selection; hands-on with cloud and on-prem APIs.
• Strong experience in JavaScript/Node.js, REST and SOAP APIs and Genesys Cloud APIs.
• Experience creating Workspace dashboards for monitoring Queue Activity, Agent performance, and Interactions.
• strong experience in Genesys Cloud Admin configurations including:
  Contact Center, Telephony, Integrations, Routing, people, permissions, outbound, etc.; experience building/integrating AI bots for routing.
• Experience installing and configuring APIs through Genesys App Foundry.
• Experience troubleshooting various Genesys configuration and routing issues.

• Prior experience in Genesys On-Prem solutions; understanding of Genesys components and Composer development.
• Exposure to advanced Java (J2EE/JSP) developments and/or advanced API development/scripting integrations.
• Telecommunications background with VOIP/SIP/CTI standards and technologies.
• Genesys Cloud CX – Certified Professional and Genesys Cloud CX
  - Architect Specialist (preferred).

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
