We’re starting with expert software developers, but the platform we’re building will adapt to experts across fields: engineering, research, planning, and beyond.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Product Engineer to lead the design and implementation of our most critical user-facing systems: interfaces where real-time model behavior becomes structured, intuitive experience.

This is not frontend-as-polish. It’s frontend as product. You’ll work closely with model, infrastructure, and design leads to build tools where adaptive intelligence becomes actionable, visible, and trusted. You’ll define how these surfaces behave, not just how they look. Our users aren’t casual, they’re experts: engineers, researchers, and high-agency builders who demand clarity and precision.

Type Script, React, Next.js, Tailwind, Node.js. Bonus points for experience across the stack with Python or Rust, and with model-adaptive or real-time UIs.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build responsive, real-time product experiences
• Design opinionated interfaces grounded in user judgment and model feedback
• Shape UI logic that evolves with system capabilities
• Prototype and iterate interaction paradigms that adapt through use
• Define workflows that support deep users, from onboarding to power use

• Have deep experience with React, Type Script, and dynamic frontend architectures
• Think in flows and system constraints, not just layout or state
• Have built structured tools for technical users or high-leverage domains
• Care about performance, clarity, and long-term architectural health
• Thrive in zero-to-one product environments and high-agency teams

Bonus Points For:

• Working across the stack (Type Script, Python, Rust)
• Building editors, structured planning tools, or real-time UIs
• Designing for data-heavy or model-driven applications
• Engineering feedback loops between system use and behavior
