Are you looking for an opportunity to work in a fast-paced healthcare support environment without traditional bedside care? Wellnessmart is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Clinical Office Support Associates – Fingerprint Operators.

Wellnessmart is a leading provider of pre-employment testing services with over 50 retail locations across the US. Wellnessmart combines high clinical accuracy, rapid turnaround, and friendly service to deliver best in class pre-employment testing across the country. Our services include drug screening, TB testing, physical assessments, blood work, and more. We also provide non-clinical tests such as Live Scan background checks.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with people, staying organized, multitasking, and supporting clinic operations in both in-person and remote appointment settings. No medical license is required.

• Process Live Scan fingerprinting applications and perform fingerprint rolling
• Check clients into appointments and assist with registration
• Prepare TB testing patients for nurses
• Distribute remote exam kits to patients
• Support front office and clinic workflow operations
• Process payments using our POS system
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Assist with general administrative and operational support tasks as needed

• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Previous medical office, customer service, administrative, or fingerprinting experience preferred, but not required

• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Must complete California Live Scan Operator application process prior to start date
• Position contingent upon successful certification approval
