Salesforce Process and Implementation Specialist (Open)
Location:
Long Beach, CA. Split 2 days in office and 3 days field.
Salary: $80-90K annually.
Responsibilities- Act as the subject matter expert, deeply understanding business processes, go‑to‑market strategy, and the full capabilities of Salesforce platforms.
- Improve data quality through analysis, closing loops with the field team and defining best practices.
- Deliver comprehensive user training (onboarding, ongoing, feature‑specific) for all roles.
- Monitor Salesforce utilization and user feedback to identify pain points and training gaps; tailor content accordingly.
- Coach sellers to ensure/enhance mobile adoption, observe and enforce opportunity‑creation practices at point of entry.
- Partner with sales leadership to motivate sellers and reinforce training through coaching, performance data analysis, and KPI adoption.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Rev Ops, National, and Marketing to align technology and enablement initiatives with strategy.
- Support KPIs related to Salesforce adoption and sales effectiveness, translating insights into programs that drive sales growth.
- Create and maintain high‑impact sales enablement content: playbooks, process guides, talk tracks, battle cards, aligned with methodologies and objectives.
- Commit to continuous learning of platform features, releases, and roadmap.
- Provide on‑the‑spot support and troubleshooting for users.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience. Associate’s Degree preferred in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field with focus on CRM systems.
- Proven track record of utilizing SFDC in a selling role.
- 1-2 years experience with Salesforce.
- Bachelor's degree.
