Overview
The Vice President, Chief Information Officer & Chief Information Security Officer (CIO/CISO) is responsible for leading the Business Innovation & Technology organization, driving enterprise technology strategy, AI transformation, information security, operational excellence and business resilience across the company. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the CIO/CISO serves as a strategic advisor to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) while remaining deeply engaged in the execution of enterprise initiatives.
This role combines visionary leadership with a hands-on operating style to modernize business processes, accelerate AI adoption, strengthen cybersecurity, and enable sustainable business growth.
The CIO/CISO oversees four key departments:
• Business Transformation Office
The successful candidate will champion the responsible use of AI across the enterprise, ensuring that technology investments improve employee productivity, customer experience, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision making while maintaining strong governance and security.
Responsibilities- Enterprise Technology and Security Leadership
- Develop and execute enterprise technology and security strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Lead all corporate IT operations, including infrastructure, cloud services, enterprise applications, end-user computing, networking, identity management, collaboration platforms, service management and information security.
- Modernize enterprise systems with an emphasis on scalability, automation, resilience, operational excellence, and AI enablement.
- Establish enterprise architecture and technology standards that support long-term business growth.
- Develop and build a high-performing technology organization focused on execution, innovation, accountability, and exceptional internal and external customer service.
- Manage enterprise technology vendors, strategic partnerships, technology investments, and IT financial planning.
- Provide executive oversight of technology risks across all business functions, including Development.
- AI and Business Transformation Office
- Lead team responsible for enterprise applications, Salesforce, marketing automation, business analytics, enterprise integrations.
- Develop executive dashboards and operational metrics that measure business performance, technology investments, AI adoption, and organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with the Executive Leadership to prioritize strategic initiatives that improve operational excellence and accelerate company growth.
- Define and execute enterprise AI strategy, identifying opportunities to responsibly leverage AI across every business function.
- Lead the global Product and Customer Support department in delivering world-class 24x5 support to solution providers and customers.
- Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, automation, AI-assisted support, and knowledge management.
- Partner closely with Development, Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure customer feedback directly informs product quality and innovation.
- Improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, service quality, and employee effectiveness through technology and process improvements.
- Lead Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) program.
- Provide executive leadership for cybersecurity governance, data privacy, regulatory compliance, business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management.
- Oversee SOC 2 attestation, ISO 27001 certification, GovRAMP/CJIS initiatives, customer audits, internal security controls, enterprise risk assessments, and compliance initiatives.
- Partner with Legal, People, Finance, and executive leadership to help ensure compliance with evolving regulatory, cybersecurity, privacy, and AI governance requirements.
- Develop governance frameworks that enable innovation while effectively managing enterprise risk.
- Promote a culture of security awareness and continuous compliance throughout the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering or a related field.
