Location - Long Beach, California, United States Requirements
- Must possess a professional demeanor with strong customer service, consulting, and training skills
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing desktop and laptop hardware in the field or a related environment
- Basic understanding of networks, Intel servers, and telecom systems
- Strong break/fix skills for desktops, workstations, notebooks, and Dell tablets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong Microsoft Windows operating system troubleshooting skills
- Strong macOS troubleshooting skills (Big Sur and above)
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Detail- and process-oriented mindset
- Ability to walk long distances across large facilities
- Must be able to pass a background security check
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Service Now, Smart IT, or IT Connect
- Prior experience supporting executive-level users
- Certifications such as:
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent
- Microsoft MCSA (Windows 7, 8, or 10)
- Networking certifications (CCNA or CCNP)
- Experience with remote PC control and video conferencing tools
- SCCM experience
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program;
401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
