An exciting opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst to join a growing IT Applications team supporting enterprise systems, ERP implementation, reporting, and business process improvement across a multi-site operation.
THE COMPANYA well-established organization investing heavily in its technology landscape, including the ongoing rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365, AI-driven process automation, and modern reporting solutions. You'll join a collaborative applications team working closely with business stakeholders to improve systems, data, and operational efficiency.
THE ROLETake ownership of business applications and help drive digital transformation across the business:
- Support and administer Microsoft Dynamics 365, Acumatica, and other core business applications
- Play a key role in the ongoing Dynamics 365 rollout and future system enhancements
- Troubleshoot application and data issues, performing root cause analysis using SQL
- Build and maintain reports using Power BI while supporting ad hoc business reporting requests
- Gather business requirements and identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and AI
- Create and maintain SOPs, user guides, and system documentation
- Partner with external vendors on integrations, upgrades, and application support
- Deliver system implementations, upgrades, and migrations across multiple business units
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
- Experience supporting business applications or enterprise systems
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP/CRM experience
- Strong SQL skills, including troubleshooting and data analysis
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Knowledge of business process improvement and requirements gathering
- Comfortable managing vendors and working with business stakeholders
- Experience delivering application implementations, upgrades, or migrations
- Acumatica experience is a plus
- Snowflake experience is desirable
- Exposure to Agile, Dev Ops, or Waterfall delivery methodologies is beneficial
