Senior Configuration Specialist, QNXT

• Provide strategic guidance and support to the Configuration Department
• Oversee the end-to-end planning, development, testing, and implementation of system configuration changes
• Lead the design, development, debugging, testing, maintenance, and enhancement of automated processes in collaboration with IT partners
• Identify opportunities for system redesign and enhancements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years of related experience with QNXT in the health plan, health care or related industry is required.
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), and SQL experience is required.
• Debugging skills.
• Strong time management skills.

Demonstrates expertise in overseeing system configuration changes and enhancing automated processes, with a strong focus on collaboration with IT partners. Proficient in managing time effectively while identifying opportunities for system redesign in the health care industry.
