Field Service Technician
We are seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, customer-focused, and comfortable traveling to various sites to provide technical support and service.
Key Responsibilities- Configure, deploy, and support iPads used by field personnel.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and application-related issues.
- Assist users with login problems, password resets, device enrollment, and application access.
- Install updates, security patches, and mobile applications.
- Support mobile device management (MDM) platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or Mobile Iron.
- Diagnose Wi-Fi, cellular, and VPN connectivity issues.
- Replace defective devices and coordinate warranty or repair services.
- Maintain accurate records of device inventory, support tickets, and service activities.
- Provide one-on-one technical assistance and training to end users.
- Escalate complex technical issues to internal IT teams when necessary.
