We are looking for an experienced Clover POS / Payment Systems Support Specialist to support Clover POS devices and payment systems across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure, deploy, maintain, and decommission Clover POS devices
. - Manage Clover user access and permissions
. - Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, connectivity, battery, and configuration issues.
- Support , , and payment gateway applications
. - Coordinate escalations with Bank of America and other payment service providers.
- Support payment device testing, implementation, and changes.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
- 5-8+ years of experience with POS/payment systems
, preferably Clover. - Hands-on experience with Clover POS and .
- Knowledge of payment processing and payment gateways
. - Strong hardware, software, and network troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with user access management and system administration
. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bank of America payment systems experience.
- Experience supporting large-scale or multi-department POS environments.
