• Develop new business through outbound calls, referrals, and networking.

• Sell and cross‑sell a wide range of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining long‑term client relationships.
• Meet or exceed production goals and performance metrics.
• Stay current on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and industry updates.

We’re seeking a driven sales professional who excels in communication and relationship‑building. Qualified candidates should have:

• Previous sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• California Property & Casualty License and Life & Health License (preferred, or willingness to obtain).
