Key Responsibilities Underwrite new and renewal accounts to meet top and bottom line targets Negotiate participation, pricing, and terms and conditions with brokers Develop and maintain strong relationships with key brokers and clients
Required Qualifications Preferably a degree in Law, Business Administration, or Economics Significant experience in underwriting large corporate business in the Liability market in Germany Recognized relationships with brokers at peer group level, especially in Hamburg Fluency in German and English is required Experience in applying artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to improve business processes is highly beneficial
