About the RoleAttorney – Elder Abuse & Nursing Home Neglect Litigation
📍 Long Beach | Full‑Time | Hybrid
Compensation💼 $140K-$225K+ DOE

Responsibilities- Be part of a boutique, respected litigation team
- Fast‑moving practice with strong referrals and quick case momentum

- Lead your own meaningful caseload
- Collaborate closely with a seasoned trial attorney
- Advocate for vulnerable seniors and their families
- Handle litigation end‑to‑end
- Work on high‑value, high‑impact elder abuse cases ($500k and up)
- Supportive, family‑oriented, low‑ego culture
- CA Bar admission
- 3–6+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably on the plaintiff side (PI)
- Comfort with complex medical records
- Confident, ethical, and self‑directed
- Commitment to ethical, above‑board lawyering
- Manage a caseload of ~15 elder abuse cases, primarily high‑value matters ($500K and up)
- Handle all aspects of litigation independently
- Review and analyze complex medical records
- Advocate confidently and compassionately for elderly clients and their families
