• CA Bar admission
• 3–6+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably on the plaintiff side (PI)
• Comfort with complex medical records
• Confident, ethical, and self‑directed
• Commitment to ethical, above‑board lawyering

• Manage a caseload of ~15 elder abuse cases, primarily high‑value matters ($500K and up)
• Handle all aspects of litigation independently
• Review and analyze complex medical records
• Advocate confidently and compassionately for elderly clients and their families
