Overview
Well established Long Beach Workers' Compensation Defense firm is seeking an Associate who possesses a valid California law license with a minimum of 5 years of Workers' Compensation experience. This position offers a Partnership track.
Responsibilities- Represent clients at different WCAB's
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
- Advise clients on plans of action and case handling recommendations
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
