We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager who enjoys leading vendor strategy, improving purchasing efficiency, and partnering cross‑functionally to keep production, inventory, and customer commitments on track. The Supply Chain Manager will work closely with supportive leadership and key teams across Product Development, Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, Compliance, and Finance.

- Leading vendor negotiations for bulk production pricing, minimum order quantities, lead times, and cost alignment with business targets.
- Overseeing accurate and timely purchase order creation, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts, production schedules, and inventory plans.
- Managing raw material planning and supplier bookings to secure capacity, control lead times, and reduce supply chain risk.
- Analyzing inventory levels, sales history, and demand forecasts to improve inventory turnover, prevent stockouts, reduce excess inventory, and improve service levels.
- Monitoring weekly work‑in‑progress reports, tracking production progress, identifying risks, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams to support on‑time delivery.
- Driving supply chain optimization initiatives, including supplier consolidation, cost reduction, packaging readiness, and process improvement.
$70,000 to $80,000 per year.
