Traffic Supervisor

We","re partnered with a multinational supply chain and logistics company seeking a Traffic Supervisor to manage the logistics and account side of import operations. You'll be the main point of contact for a set of accounts, handling order processing, contract entry, invoicing, and account monitoring from start to finish. This is a hybrid position.

• Manage customer accounts including order entry, invoicing, and credit/balance tracking
• Coordinate warehousing, transportation, and freight logistics, including negotiating rates and ensuring on time, compliant deliveries
• Serve as the go to contact for customers and suppliers, resolving issues related to product quality, specifications, and delivery condition
• Lead inspections of rejected materials and determine the best path forward (resale, insurance claims, etc.) to reduce losses
• Track inventory levels and movements alongside vendor/customer account activity using SAP and Excel
• Support budget and program goals through organized planning and coordination
• Train and guide junior team members as needed

• Strong customer service background with a proven ability to meet client needs proactively
• Comfort learning and using accounting/materials management systems (SAP experience a plus)
• Self-starter who can troubleshoot independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Solid Microsoft Office skills and general organizational strength
• Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years of relevant experience

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 + Bonus

This position requires the ability to perform the essential functions of the role, which may include standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis, with or without reasonable accommodation. Physical demands may vary depending on assignment and client-site requirements.
