The successful Janitor/Custodian will work with maintenance staff to coordinate a cleaning schedule.

Pay:$20.00-$22.00/hour
Hours:40 hours/week
- Early close Fridays (3 paid hours off each Friday)
- Early close prior to a holiday (3 paid hours)
- Paid Time off between Christmas Day and New Year's Holiday

Duties
- Cleans and maintains entry lobby, including cleaning of windows, doors, mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, etc., at least daily, and more if necessary, to maintain excellent entrance appeal.
- Cleans laundry room, community room, conference room, and management offices on a daily basis.
- Vacuums hallways on a daily basis.
- Cleans community bathrooms on a daily basis, more if necessary, to maintain a sanitary environment.
- Two (2) years janitorial experience.
