. As the venue continues to expand its event calendar and operations, we are looking for a highly capable leader to oversee the facility's physical integrity and logistical success.
We are seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Facilities Department
. This Direct Hire role is designed for a professional with a very strong background in Entertainment or Hospitality who understands the unique demands of large-scale public venues. They will be responsible for managing a growing team, overseeing preventative maintenance, and coordinating the complex setup and breakdown of events to ensure a great experience for every guest.

- Facility Oversight
:
Manage daily facility operations, including preventative maintenance, general repairs, and ensuring the venue meets high standards of cleanliness and safety. - Team Leadership
:
Supervise and mentor a growing operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability and professional excellence. - Event Logistics
:
Lead the tactical execution of event setups and strikes, ensuring all equipment and seating configurations are ready for high-profile performances. - Vendor Management
:
Coordinate with third-party contractors for specialized facility services and repairs, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. - Safety Compliance
:
Ensure the venue remains compliant with all local building codes and safety regulations during both daily operations and live events.
- Required Experience
: 3+ years of operational or facilities management experience, specifically within the Entertainment, Stadium, or Hospitality sectors. - Leadership Skills
:
Proven ability to lead a diverse team in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. - Technical Aptitude
:
Familiarity with general building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) as they apply to large venues. - Flexibility
:
Willingness to work a non-traditional schedule dictated by the venue's event calendar. - Problem Solving
: A proactive approach to troubleshooting facility issues and identifying operational efficiencies.
