We are looking for an experienced Account Manager/Director to join a dynamic integrated marketing agency in Long Beach, California. In this role, you will take on a leadership position, driving client relationships, guiding internal teams, and shaping strategic decisions that support the growth and innovation of our agency. Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships built on trust and strategic collaboration.

- Represent the agency as a thought leader and strategic partner, ensuring client goals align with broader agency objectives.

- Develop and execute account strategies that leverage data, insights, and industry trends to drive results.

- Manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.

- Oversee the delivery of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client expectations and agency standards.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to internal teams, promoting growth and excellence across all levels.

- Use innovative tools and technologies, including AI-enabled platforms, to enhance processes and outcomes.

- Facilitate cross-disciplinary collaboration to achieve cohesive and impactful campaigns.

- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement within accounts and agency operations.

- Balance competing priorities to ensure both client satisfaction and agency profitability.

Requirements - Proven experience in account management within marketing, public relations, or digital media.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, campaigns, and advertising strategies.

- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple accounts effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.

- Ability to develop strategic plans and annual roadmaps tailored to client needs.

- Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.

- Familiarity with emerging technologies and tools, including AI-driven platforms.
