About the Role
The Assistant Department Manager supports the Department Manager in overseeing clinic operations, clinical quality, staff development, and overall office performance. This leadership role focuses on guiding teams, supporting client care, and helping drive growth and success at the local site.
- Competitive compensation: $28.00/hour
- Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm + Evenings and Weekends as needed.

Day-to-Day Impact
- Support daily clinic operations and service delivery
- Ensure staff meet billable hour and productivity goals
- Assist with financial performance and reporting
- Provide clinical guidance and consultation to staff
- Support Program Coordinators and mentor team members
- Serve as an escalation point for staff and families
- Help with recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies
Who We’re Searching For
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience supervising clinical staff
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with diverse families
- Experience:
2+ years clinical experience
• 1+ year supervisory experience - Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field OR equivalent supervisory experience
